Refunds

Cancellation stops renewal. A refund is a separate request.

01

Subscriptions and renewals

Holumiq is a digital analysis service operated by Holoop Labs (Registration No. 202603250373), a business registered in Malaysia. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Holoop Labs. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next renewal.

The Free plan has no subscription charge. This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased directly through Holumiq.

02

How to cancel

Sign in, open Plan & billing, select Manage billing, and cancel your subscription in the Stripe billing portal. Complete the cancellation steps and check the confirmation and subscription end date in the portal.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access until that date, then your account returns to the Free plan and its limits. Cancel before your renewal to avoid the next subscription charge.

If you cannot access the billing portal, contact us using the email below. Closing the browser, stopping use of Holumiq, or requesting a refund does not cancel your subscription. Account deletion is available after the active subscription ends; cancelling a subscription does not delete your saved analyses.

03

Refund eligibility

Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period, and unused time, unused allowances, or a change of mind do not automatically qualify for a partial or full refund.

We review refund requests individually, including duplicate charges, billing errors, significant service issues, and other circumstances we consider appropriate. Contact us with the details so we can investigate and explain the outcome. A discretionary refund is not guaranteed.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights you have under applicable law. Where those rights require a refund or another remedy, they take precedence over this policy.

04

Requesting a refund

Email us from the email address associated with your Holumiq account. Include the payment date, amount, invoice or receipt reference, and the reason for your request. For a service issue, include relevant error details so we can investigate. Never send your full card number, security code, or password.

We may request additional information to verify the payment or understand the issue. We will communicate the decision and, if a refund is approved, the amount and any effect on your paid access. To stop future renewals, cancel your subscription separately through Manage billing.

05

How approved refunds are returned

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank and payment method; some refunds may take longer. We will let you know when the refund has been issued.

If you have not received an issued refund after 10 business days, contact us and your bank with the refund confirmation.

06

Policy updates

We may update this policy and will show the revised date on this page. Any changes remain subject to applicable law and the terms that apply to your purchase.
