Bring the rights.
We’ll bring the tools.
Holumiq helps you turn content into clarity—useful notes, summaries, and grounded conversations. You are responsible for the material you submit and for checking anything important before relying on it.
What these terms cover.
Holumiq is operated by Holoop Labs (Registration No. 202603250373), a business registered in Malaysia. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Holoop Labs.
These Terms of Service apply when you visit or use Holumiq, including its website, accounts, analysis features, saved work, and billing. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.
If you use Holumiq for a team or on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that those people will follow these terms too.
Only use content you’re allowed to use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to submit content to Holumiq. We do not verify ownership or grant you a license to any content.
- Submit only links and material that you are allowed to access, process, and retain.
- Follow the terms, licenses, and other rights notices that apply to source content and third-party services.
- Do not use Holumiq to bypass access controls, evade restrictions, or access, copy, or distribute content without permission.
If you no longer have permission to use submitted material, stop submitting it and remove the related analysis where the product controls allow.
Accounts, plans, and billing.
A signed-in account is needed to save analyses to a private library. Keep the account details you provide current, protect your sign-in methods, and tell us promptly if you believe an account was used without permission.
- Plans
- Features, limits, prices, and billing periods are shown on the pricing page or at checkout. We may change plans or introduce new ones, but changes will not affect an already-paid period unless we clearly tell you otherwise or the law allows it.
- Payments
- Payments are processed by a trusted payment provider. You authorize us and our provider to charge the payment method associated with your selected plan.
- Cancellation
- You can cancel through the available account or billing controls. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Cancellations and refund requests are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, subject to the exceptions in that policy and your rights under applicable law.
Treat AI output as a starting point.
Summaries, notes, translations, and chat answers may be generated with automated systems. They can be incomplete, mistaken, biased, out of context, or out of date—even when they sound confident.
- Check important claims against the original video, transcript, and other reliable sources.
- Do not treat an output as medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice.
- You are responsible for decisions, publishing, or actions based on an output. Holumiq does not promise that an output is accurate, unique, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
Keep the service safe for other researchers.
Do not misuse Holumiq or interfere with its operation. That includes using it to distribute harmful material, harass or threaten people, infringe rights, access accounts without permission, evade limits, or use the service unlawfully.
To protect people and the service, we may monitor for misuse and may pause or refuse work, restrict features, or suspend access when activity appears unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.
Your work stays yours; analyses have a lifecycle.
You keep the rights you already have in your submitted links and material. You give Holumiq a limited, non-exclusive permission to process that material and to store and return the resulting analysis as needed to operate, support, and protect the service in line with the Privacy Notice.
- Saved work
- Your saved analyses remain in your private library until you remove them or delete your account, subject to the Privacy Notice.
- Deleting work
- You can remove individual analyses where the product offers a Remove control. You can delete your account and its app data in Settings after active analyses finish and any active subscription ends. For other data requests, contact us so we can verify the request and handle information that must be retained for security, billing, disputes, or legal reasons.
A useful service, not an uptime promise.
Holumiq relies on third-party services and the internet. Content may be unavailable, a feature may return an error, or a job may need to be retried. We can maintain, change, pause, or discontinue features as the product develops.
The service and its outputs are provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free processing, or that every submission, analysis, or answer will remain available for a particular period.
When these terms change.
We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version we have published. If a change is important, we will try to make it visible in the product or through the contact method associated with your account.
Continuing to use Holumiq after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent applicable. If you do not agree, stop using the service and ask us about account/data deletion.
Questions or a deletion request?
Contact Holumiq about these terms, rights questions, abuse reports, or account and data deletion. Please do not include passwords or sensitive material in your first message.
